How quickly can you start?

Most engagements ramp within 1–2 weeks. Urgent coordination support or quick Dynamo / plugin fixes can usually begin within a few days.

Do you work fixed-price or T&M?

Both. Modeling and scan-to-BIM scopes are usually fixed-price once the LOD and inputs are clear. Automation and coordination work better on a capped time-and-materials basis.

Which tools do you cover?

Revit (Structure, Architecture, MEP), Navisworks, Recap, Advance Steel, Twinmotion. For automation: Dynamo, Python, C# with the Revit API, WPF for UIs, plus ETABS / SAP interop.

Do you work remotely?

Yes — most projects are fully remote. We've delivered work for clients across Australia and the Middle East from our studio in Yerevan.

Do you sign NDAs?
