SyntaxBIM is a BIM studio for AEC teams who want senior practitioners on the model — modeling, Revit automation, and scan-to-BIM, delivered end-to-end.
SyntaxBIM is a studio of civil and BIM engineers building information models across structure, architecture, and MEP — as both modelers and BIM managers.
The work we're best known for sits at three intersections: large industrial structures modeled to LOD 350 in Revit, scan-to-BIM jobs where the point cloud is messy and the geometry is curved, and Revit automation that turns repeat work into a button.
We work as a tucked-in extension of design and construction teams — senior practitioners on the model, no staffing pyramids, no agency markup.
